• Audio-visual data captured via the app to support an observation

• Data linked to videos you watched in the learn module
• Data linked to the sending of notifications
• Data linked to the sending of the download URL and activation code
• Data linked to the device name while logging information related to the devices used in case of data synchronisation errors

• When you are added as a user
• When you login into the mobile app
• When you register an observation
• When you take a quiz
• When you watch a video in the learn module
• When you give us your consent to store your personal data when sending the completed Contact us form.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We do this for:

• The management of the observation registered by you
• The visualization of the data captured in the mobile app in reports
• The sending of notifications
• The creation of graphs for presentations
• Knowing which video is most shown in the learn module
• Being able to reward your quiz score
• To communicate with you about our products and services

• The people who work on the CARE platform have only access to your personal data when it is absolutely necessary for operational and service purposes within the executing of their task and after having obtained your consent first
• All testing and production activities are happening on anonymised and pseudonymised data.

Personal data used or collected on the device while registering an observation will never be stored longer than necessary for processing it and synchronizing it with the CARE platform.

Your personal data that is stored on the CARE platform will be stored as long as it is required for the intended purpose.

What if there are modifications to this charter?

We keep the privacy charter under regular review and we will place and indicate any updates on this menu page.

Any update to this privacy charter will be updated at the next login into the mobile app. In that way, you will always have the latest privacy charter on your device.
